Has anyone heard anything else on ty law? I personally think we should sign him. He cant be any worse than goodman.

its not a matter of whether or not he'll be good, cause he'd be great for this secondary. Its a matter of necessity and money. We're not a playoff team this year. It wouldn't be worth paying him.

As it stands right now, Law wants only to play for a contender.

well yeah he is arrogant he played for the belicheat pats! Also, elite14eva, where do you go to do what you've done with that devone bess picture?

I've got some breaking news on Ty Law:

He's a washed up 34-year-old cornerback that might make the Hall of Fame but won't help usher the Dolphins back into contention.

He could help us right now. He's better than any DB on the field right now. I fail to see how a one year deal hurts us.

I don't know...it just seems like grasping at straws.

It's not like he's going to make the difference between us making the postseason or not.

he may not get us to the playoffs but he'll at least stop every qb we play throwing 250 plus yards against us and maybe get a few INTs which our current db's seem to have difficulty with. I also think we should play Jason Allen more. if nothing else hes proven he can get some INTs.

Wins mean alot. To a fanbase, and, to young players. I think Law makes us better and, I don't think that's ever a bad thing. I do understand what you are saying though. You may well be right.

Originally i was against signing Law because of his age, because the last time i saw him he was a shell of his former self, and because i figured we could let younger guys with more potential see more action without Law. But another week of seeing our DB's look like children against men and i'm all for bringing Law in. He may not be an answer to this teams future, but neither is any other DB on this team.
