Just wanted to know if there was anymore news about bring Ty Law in?

Um.. Isnt he more of a zone type corner? I see that the Phins play alot of man-to-man so I hope not.

Apparently he wants to play for a "contender".. Dallas, Green Bay.. But he didnt rule out Miami... Apparently

green bay is having some troubles recently with the injury to Aaron Rodgers.. not counting them out as contenders but i think they are pretty set on their D

Patriots could actually do with a corner or two

In the wake of a few signs of weakness from the Dolphins' secondary, including the need to manage cornerback Will Allen's knee injury, Miami has shown a preliminary interest in Pro Bowl cornerback Ty Law, a source said Thursday. However, in an interview with NFL.com on Thursday, Law, a free agent, sounded as if the would prefer to play for either Dallas or Green Bay if one of the teams was interested in him. The Cowboys are dealing with cornerback Adam ''Pacman'' Jones' suspension, and the Packers recently lost Al Harris to injury -- two scenarios that could make both teams interested.

Couldn't we be a contender if we have one or two more key players....? If he doesn't want to play for the Fins oh friggin well. Another prima donna has been. Last I recall he wasn't supposedly making enough to put food on the table for his however many kids he has

He ruptured his spleen, which originally had him missing the rest of the season, but now they say he'll return in a few weeks. The packers D is all banged up (Charles Woodson has a broken toe, but is playing...Atari Bigby is returning from injury this week, but is still banged up....A.J. Hawk has battled injuries as well). The Packers could definately use Ty Law, if he hasn't lost a step since last season, but I don't necessarily see them as a contender this season.
