i was thinking we really need line help is there any lineman we could trade a first round draft pick for and get right now. i mean they'll be ready now instead of waiting for 1 to develop if we pick one in the first round and there's a good amount of FA DBs next year so im not worried about our pass defense but i know our defense can be fine this year but we really need line help now

Dude, trading an offensive lineman for a first round pick assuming we had the cap room for a really good one which we don't and that someone would be willing to part with one that would be worth a first round pick (not) is not going to win the superbowl for us this year and is therfore not ony not possible for practical reasons (salary cap, no one willing to part with a good one) but would be stupid and not worth it. Okay, so we get one more o lineman. Where? Right Guard? Left Tackle? Now what? We still have a QB who needs to basically use this season to get back to where he was two years ago if he can and 3 other suspect o linemen and a questionable secondary. After this hypothetical trade are we better than Cincinatti? Indy? Chicago? Pittsburgh? Carolina? Jacksonville? Baltimore? Philly?
