With Clay and Sims as the locks to make the roster, Brackett has just as good a chance as the others.
One thing about Hickey, he isn't worried about anyone 2nd guessing him. Let him decide and I will be OK with that.
Whomever we cut may play for the Pats or Jets, it is just the way it goes.

PS...but with how fast the Cheatriots are going through TEs this week, it's possible they'd snag him. Side note...it seems Billy Boy is really unhappy with his TE situation...melikes.

Even if they did snag him, he would have a heck of a hard time picking up there offense on short notice.

Played against him in high school, athletic guy he was actually the quaterback. I don't think we have the room to keep him this year.

I played with Brett in high school, was his center actually. Kid is an incredible athlete. Extremely soft hands, great feet, average speed. He was an all-area basketball player as well as Football player, which is why his footwork is so good. Kid is tough as nails, and relentless. Think of him as a taller, more slender, John Kuhn from the Green Bay Packers. Not a game breaker, but always reliable and mentally aware.

Yeah he definitely showed up last week with his limited chances. He looked okay back two years ago with us in TC and was actually temporarily on our PS. He went to Philly part of last year and looks like he has bulked up some. Not overly impressed but always appreciate when someone takes their opportunities when given.
