I am pretty sure y'all know where am going with this. I don't want to lose Miller..i think Miller with all the weapons on offense will make the season more exciting for us fans an the team very dangerous offensively. If we could franchise Miller, am all for that.

You would spend nearly $12 million on a running back? It is a good thing you are not running the team.

If you can sign Miller for $5 mil a season, do it. If it's more expensive than that, look at a back like James Starks in free agency.

Personally, I would stretch that amount a little if need be and restructure/cut some other players to make it work. Miller is an explosive back and the NFL has not seen his best yet.

why would anyone tag a rb?

Just sign Forte. He's a better overall player and knows the system. No way we should overpay for a back. Draft a replacement if needed.

You dont want to spend money on a runnigback but you want to pay forte? He just made 9 million last year i doubt he comes any cheaper than 7 million a season. This is fortes last contract most likely being 30 so hes going to want a 3-4 year deal. Who's going to be better the next 4 years? Forte or miller? My money is on miller who will not only be cheaper but he doesnt even turn 25 until april. He is just coming into his prime and it'll be a mistake to let him go.

signing miller straight up is probably going to get you the best bang for your buck out there unless you jsut want to sign an average joe off the street

I didn't know it cost 12mil, maybe for csonk but they have to find way to get this guy signed.

No chance of a tag but, $25M for 5 years should get the job done.
