I look around at the remaining free agents and compared to the dollars they will want...I am not sure that there is anyone left I would put on the fins.

Maybe Kevin Burnett, Ron Bartell? Although Bartell will GET PAID.

So my question to you...is who do you still want.
This is why I would have paid for Jason Brown. He was the one guy I thought would make this team significantly better.
 
Bartell interests me, and I think we should sign a vet WR.
 
bartell, coles.. brown did not offically sign a deal with the rams by the way so im still hoping for a mirical there
 
I would love Coles. Also would love an above-avg CB. Wouldnt mind a few more role players to plug a hole or two. I for one like the Berger pickup and others like it. We are a blue collar team and we seem to strive off of that style of play. The guys seemed to play well together as a team and they gelled. We don't need one or two superstars. I like a team full of players playing together and having depth to jump right in if they slack off or get hurt.
 
Unless we get someone who can step in and start in the draft I would actually want goodie back.
 
McFadden, Bodden, Bartell, Coles, and Burnett. are all good FAs that interest me still


also, i read somewhere and maybe someone can clear this is up. Is Michael Jenkins a UFA? if he is, i wonder if we make a run at him. he has great size and improved his hands dramatically.
 
If we cant get Mcfadden I think we should be the team that gives Adam Jones his last chance. He has the potential of a top 10 corner, he knows if he screws up he's done, he'll be cheap, he can kr/pr, and hopefully Parcells/Sparano can control him. I feel it a low risk high reward kind of deal. I might get bashed for this but i wanted to know what everyone else thinks.

berger? 3rd team in 5 years? cowboys didnt even try to keep

wilson was a GREAT pic, we needed a real safety and i hope we draft
1 or two more.

now we are going after the likes od decody ***g? dont we have enough
mediocre, camp fodder wr's?

so, we mad eone good deal. the others a re a retread and a blown knee
rookie. HOORAY!!!!

if your going to spend money, spend it on something that will actually HELP the team, and we need lots of help!! if not, dont spend the money!

there will be plenty of this kind of talent [maybe better] with all the undrafted
free agents after the draft. these two make NO sense!

mcfadden, bernard, canty, shawn springs, coles, holt, etc..... all would contribute and actually DO SOMETHING right off the bat.

shawn springs was as numbers release only. his game has been real solid and we
can use a BIG, TALL db who can cover the randy mosses of our division.

if we are not going to get guys that can play, then DONT SPEND ANY MONEY! wait for the draft and the undrafted guys.
