1st down pass
2nd down & long run on shotgun formation
3rd down get sacked or call a weird misdirection play.

and

every single game it seems when we start it we go 3 and out like man you have all week to get a good game plan for the first series and it starts off so horrible.

Lazor has been pretty bad but no I don't miss Sherman at all

It's pretty obvious philbin needed Sherman to lean on. Philbin has no idea what he's doing. He had no idea how to be an hc. He was completely over his head from day 1 and Sherman was likely a lifeline to hold on to. Sherman was terrible but had more experience than philbin. The answer though is of course no, no one misses Sherman except philbin. We really need to hold our team to a higher standard.

Our choice shouldn't have been Mike Sherman vs. Bill Lazor. Unfortunately, Joe Philbin doesn't build his staff with competent coaches.

Screw it while were at it anyone miss dan henning?

The Lazor situation is strange. He may say his scheme is great, but without execution it stinks. Who knows. All I know is that I'm cringing every time the ball is snapped. When the ball is in Landry's hands I feel better. He will be a star. I just hope he stays on our team.

I actually miss Norv Turner's and Chan Gailey's offenses: Split backs, I-form, I-strong, I-weak, screens.

I miss daboll I just don't remember as much stupid stuff as Sherman or lazor coming from him. Less hit head hear repeatedly to not see results. Actually I miss most of Tony staff we had good d coordinator and anything better than henne I think o would have come around. But this team is a crap shoot so things just meld together and I may be crazy.

I know that we are weak at the O-line, particularly without a fit and healthy Branden Albert, but I don't fully understand why the Offense has become so bland. The accurate, well timed throws from Tannehill right through the pre-season seem to have almost disappeared. Ryan doesn't have a running game to lean on. Lazor seemed so smart, with lots of WR options, etc. However, many of the players seem frantic and the expected development isn't there.
While other teams with much less talent are getting results, we see sad frustration every game. At this stage, Lazor is one of the biggest disappointments. The NFL seems to have successfully developed ways to tame/extinguish the fast tempo Chip Kelly system in Philadelphia and it's derivative that Lazor brought to Miami. In both cases, the lack of a strong running game is probably the biggest part of the rapid demise. Many of the players still have talent, but the proportions aren't balanced and the parts are not gelling.

Brian Daboll wasn't that bad tbh. Pick your poison and in recent memories I'd rather have Daboll.
