Anyone at the Stadium Tonight?

I would love to hear how the renovations look in person, if anyone is there live please keep us updated!:hclap:
 
yes there were people at the game. Camera showed thousands of people there. If you would have went you would not have been the only one there.
 
I was surprised at the empty opening shot. I guess that's what I expect when Buffalo comes to town and we're 2-0. I really thought there would be a big draw to tonight's game and the grand opening of the renovated stadium. I saw the Buffalo game and they looked pretty strong and the stadium was mostly full.
 
The stadium looks very nice in the pictures and video.
How is the leg room with the new seat configuration?
Once the 4 jumbo trons are installed, it will be tits.
 
I was there. It's awesome. The north and south lower levels are so much closer to the field now. Unbelievable. Of course they had to screw with us a little. Every time it rained they put a picture of the stadium rendering with roof up with the headline "coming in 2016". :lol:

Two of the roof columns are already up. Some very nice features like "concierge services" in the corner sections. The visual difference is huge. It feels much more like a football stadium inside. Only thing which bothers me are the 4 gaping holes in the corners. Wish they could have added the scoreboards already for this year. But considering what they have accomplished in 8 months: two thumbs up.

Oh yeah, the Key West style Sloppy Joe's: excellent.

I read it was the largest preseason game they've had since 2008. Take that for what it's worth.

The thing with the Bills though is they sell out their games almost always. When the playoffs start looking out of reach less fans show up but until then if football is involved those games will sell out. PLus there's not much else to do in the area anyways. lol

I was trying to upload some pics to FH yesterday. But no. I send up nearly 40 pictures to FB. I will create a flicker account today and link the pics here.

For a preseason game it was a quite good attendance.
 
OK. I created a Photobucket thingy. I put everything in sub folders as well. I didn't label the food places since they are self explaining. Outdoor pictures were tough to come by with an off and on downpour. Next game I do more outdoor pics and focus on sections like Club Liv area and the 72 Club.
Unless anybody has anything in particular. Hope it works.

The best part, which I posted in the game thread, were the new seats. It wasn't only the color but the cusion instead of the hard orange seats. There is a little less space between rows I think but the seats are so much better.

It was a little disappointing that alot of the food vendors were not open and the credit card systems were down along with the beer stations. There were alot of people inside the team store that had to put stuff back because it was cash only because of the credit card system problem.

I agree. Though they said previously that some stuff in the concourses will be ready for the home opener against the Bills.

Which team store? The one downstairs worked fine with credit cards. But yeah, most vendors had CC problems.
 
Thank you so much OP. Out here in Vegas and am looking forward to my 1st game at new JRS errr whatever the name will be next year. =)
