That the SEC is targeting Miami, Florida State and Virginia Tech in hopes of making a mega-conference?
According to the grumblings I've heard from reputable media sources, the plan would be to put Miami, Florida State and Virginia Tech in with Florida in the SEC East.
If these grumblings are truthful, I wondered how long it'd take for the SEC to get into the expansion fray. No way were they gonna sit back and do nothing while the Pac 10 and Big 10 expanded.
My question is, if this happened who would be the 16th? My guess would be Georgia Tech.
