Found this at ROTOWORLD.com

"The Bengals remain in talks with free agent LB Landon Johnson.
Johnson, Cincinnati's leading tackler the past two seasons, hasn't been highly sought after by other teams. He should be back at a reasonable price."

Don't know much about him, but he seems like a decent young player, leading the team in tackling. And if he can be signed at a "reasonable price" I'd say he's worth a look. Again, don't know much about him, but at first glance he seems worth looking into. Good work.

EDIT: I did some looking around, and I see mentions of him on Steelers, Bills, and other team message boards. Rumblings are the he is pretty quick (supposedly ran a 4.6 fourty at the combine in 2004) and that he's a sure tackler. I guess he had 20 tackles in 1 game against the Steelers a couple years back that they're still bitter about.

I was thinking about him over the weekend. Big, Parcells type of LB who always seems to be around the ball. I watched a couple of Bengal games last year and he really stood out.

Maybe Im crazy but when you see a young guy with this type of skill it makes me think Pace's contract is a total joke. I'll be interested to see what he signs for.

He would have been a great fit in the middle IMO. Unfortunately, word is that he recently signed with Carolina for $10 million over three years.

Seems like we missed out on this one, hopefully we go after Clark Haggans...poor man's Pace?

So trading away Brendon Ayanbadejo a few years ago for a practice squad TE was a bad move? :foundout:
