Anyone heard anythings from the players about Nick

it's all about money.I'm sure thay don't care and most of them would get out if the money was right too

I have a friend of mine that lives in S.Florida that knows pretty much all of the players pretty well, but he knows C Chambers the best of all of them and he told me that Chambers is happy with Saban being gone but only because he thinks Mularky will be gone as well. According to Chambers via my friend, Saban didn't spend much time with the offense and he left that up to Mularky. My friend said that R Mac said the same thing but that Chambers was happier about him leaving than R Mac was.

I know I sound like your run of the mill "i have a friend" but if you guys knew who he was, you'd have no problems believing me. Anyways, I don't post much I just thought I'd chime in on this subject.

Will Allen thinks he did the right thing...

Travis Daniels was a little shook over it because Saban has coached him since he was 17, but is supportive and thinks he did the right thing.

I heard that Manny Wright was seen in Saban's office stuffing his face with Little Debbie Snacks while taking a dump on Saban's old desk. (j/k BTW)

i spit my coffee out on this one, thanks for the chuckle and the mess!

haha, I wouldnt be suprised. Our offense did nothing with Saban here, it only regressed. When he got here what were the problems? Aging Defense, No offense. When he pussed out and left what were our problems? Aging Defense, no offense. hmm

I completely believe that. It almost looked as if Chambers just gave up the last few games of the year on Mularky. He was not utilized with his strengths at all and any receiver would be thrilled with Mularky leaving in this situation.

And this is all highlighted with Mularkey's comments today that he would definitely be interested in being head coach here at Miami. Man is he out of touch.

It's nice to get real players feedback, thanks.
You know, if the Sabanator just walked in for his post season press conference and said: "Listen guys, I'm disappointed the way the season ended as I know, all of you are. Frankly some of the things that went wrong were not my fault and some were. It was not my fault with the Daunte Culpepper situation, you follow the Doctors opinion and Daunte will come around it just wasn't this year. Linehan left and Frerotte sort of went with him. They made their own decisions. My fault is the offense. Our inability to score all season is the main focus of our offseason. I promise you there will be a change of philosophy. We will become more explosive, more vertical. And there will be a change in offensive coordinators. We will emphasize this in our draft and free agency. The defense could certainly use upgrades but overall the main issue is offense. Thank you.

If Nick said something like that: we would have been fired up witrh him for next year, but when the going gets tough... the fake tough leave.
