Anyone Know the Waiver Wire Order?

Where do we sit on the Waiver Wire order? Wondering if we have a shot ast some of these players or not.

I think that's basically how it works, but I'm thinking the tiebreakers work different (i.e., teams with the same record have their order determined differently than what was used for the draft). Not sure though.

Can we get a ruling?
