anyone notice ginn didn't get much action!

Maybe it had to do a bit of getting him more involved in the return game yesterday. But I bet it had more to do with lighting a fire underneath his butt after the San Diego game to get a little bit more production out of him.

Ginn needs to want to "play" more than he wants to "not take a hit"

For him to stay ahead of the wolfpack, he has to show Sparano the money....play in, play out

He is not proven as a WR, and may never be. Despite his reluctance to take a hit, however, it is my opinion he should return every KO and punt. He has the best chance at taking it the distance by a long shot over Cobbs, Bess or anyone else who they throw out there. I think we are blatantly misuing Ginn in that regard... but as for WR, he may end up being the 3rd or 4th best we have. Hartline showed a great burst and hands on that TD grab.

Yeah, I heard an interview with Hartline this morning with Sedano. Hartline has a better chemistry going with Henne right now, due to them both being backups over the summer. Ginn's just going through the same frustration that Chambers went through when he spent all that time with Culpepper. He'll be fine.

Hartline made a pretty nice grab, that was a good play

The not taking a hit arguement is such garbage, I watch every other NFL's WR's do the exact same thing all the time. H.Ward last night argueably the toughest WR in the league repeatedly went to the ground and out of bounds to take less hits.

Ginn needs to get the message, you drop easy ones then you get benched because your not helping the team so sit and support them.

It's not garbage, and I'm not opposed to seeing him go out of bounds or slide like a QB the way he does when there isn't an opening for him... it's the fact when there is a hole, he doesn't burst through it like he should. He is extremely tentative in the way he runs the ball. With his speed, he needs to shoot through the gap like he's on fire and risk getting de-cleated a few times. It's going to happen, but if he plays with more fire that way, he's going to break some big plays.

I have no problem rolling w/ Hartline and Bess as our # 1 and 2 wideouts. I have stated many times on here I hated when Patrick Turner was drafted but here is a thought for second: if Ginn acts up or is still outing why not make Ginn inactive for a game and try Turner out. Just a thought.
