We are all wilin about why we lost and we suck and so forth...anyone notice that we gave up a TD on a return on Special Teams? That was actually a give away TD we gave them.

Also, we had loads of penalties again.

we had 5 penalties.... wouldnt call that a load....

I know that we need to spend a 6th or a 7th round pick on another punter...Brandon Field is a liability.

The conservative play calling after our two big plays didn't help. There were way too many throws to the flat.

Fields averaged 47.4 per punt today. He's currently 9th in the NFL with a net average of 33.4 yards. He's 21st in the league in terms of gross average, averaging 43.7 yards per punt. He's also 10th in the league in terms of punts downed inside the 20 with 9.

Fields is no Pro Bowler but he's not as terrible as you suggest.

yea but he still played WR and did more then GINN who isnt returning kicsk so he can play WR did. lmaoo the stupidity of this decision i still dont understand. even if we win the SB ima say the same thing, this decision by the FO is by far the stupidest crap ive seen. he is NO steve smith or physically built like SS to say oh ok, now lets build him as a WR. ginn is a return man and a WR second and a WR as in a stallworth type of WR.

he scored a TD cuz of the broken tackles and lack of ability to wrap the returner up not the kickers fault

they used to clock hang time on punts, i dont think they do anymore(unless i really just dont pay attention to the punts) but does anyone think the problem is the punts not giving the coverage time to get down there.

No.

It was just good blocking and a good return and poor tackling on our part.

ok thats what i was thinking, but i wasn't sure.

On a side note, did anyone notice scifres kick one reggie roby style last week, i am pretty sure it went out of the stadium before it came back down.

Our special teams always sucks year after year. We always start with the football at the 20-25 yard line and allow big returns on kickoffs and punts.

they still suck, but they are much improved from last season.
I am so confused why Ginn isn't doing that for us.
That's 4 TD's that we'll never see because they keep him on the bench.
