Anyone read Saban's book?

Currently reading it. It's not the greatest prose or the most gripping tale, but the advice on personal conduct and organizational management is very astute and similar to many of the traits that seem to be common to successful people/organizations.

Essentially, it's an extended look at motivation, communication, vision, and concept execution.

Read it. Gives a good insight into his coaching philosophies and his motivational skills.
Yeah, it helps you understand some of the moves Nick makes, IMO.

I started reading it but never got a chance to finish....seems pretty good so far on page 20 :)

How good do you want to be is an excellent book very good in the motivational and and how to organization and also practice ethics and values and the best is maintain an understanding of who you are by knowing your strengths and your weaknesses..if your really into football besides x,s and o,s this is the book to read...go Dolphins.....

I think the whole book was a smokescreen to make other coaches think he was thinking one thing when in reality he was thinking another, but relative to reality is perception and his perception is his reality so the perception of everyone else doesnt matter
