Anyone remember the Dolphins/Steelers game a few years ago?

I'm pretty certain our team destroyed the Steelers in the pouring rain a few years back in Miami....If I remember correctly JT had a great game....anyone remember this?? Or was it a dream I had last night?? I believe we held them to 0 points...

I remembered the cheap hit Greg Lloyd laid on Dan Marino in a game sometime during the 90's .......... I remember Danny reaching up to pull Lloyd back down to his face so he could give him a piece of his mind.
 
The game was 21-0 Miami. I remember it almost like yesterday. It was pouring rain and I remember Zach returned a INT for a TD to seal the game.

Thats what I thought the score of the game was....21-0....Think our D has enough to do it again?? 21-0 against the rookie QB!!! and all 21 points would have to come from our D!:lol:

I was at that game and if memory serves me right we were up 14-0 at halftime and on the 2nd or 3rd play of the second half Zach picked one of and took it to the house. Immediately afterwards it started pouring and Pitt simply couldn't throw the ball in the heavy rain. I think we shut them out 21-0.
 
I was at that game back in '98. We went with a bunch of Steeler fans and sat in Section 402 (same place I sat two weeks ago). It was great. They talked SO much trash. Then we started scoring. And then the downpour started. :D I'll never forget the looks on our friend's faces as they left the stadium at the end of the 3rd quarter. Priceless. :D

This was also the game where Zach had the famous "Bus Stop". The clip you always see on NFL highlights where Zach slams into Jerome Bettis, stopping him for a loss. That play actually came down on their end near the goalline.

Great game. Hope we have similar luck this time around.

LOL ... I have that game on VHS. LLoyd talked about blasting Marino all week long leading upto that Monday Night game. First play of the game, nobody on the o-line bothered to block the guy and he came around the left end untouched and put a big hit on #13. A few series later was the play you are referring to.

Memorable game.
 
Yeah that was a beautiful game. I don't seen a repeat of that. But I think we'll win on Sunday. If the game is played that is.
 
maybe there will be a repeat.....jeanne could bring a down pour off rain, and another 21-0 "W" could start to smooth things over with this ball club! LETS HOPE BROTHERS!!
 
I remember most vividly almost betting my friend 10 bucks but we both backed out because we were like 14 and $10 was alot of money. From the game what I remember most was Abdul-Jabbar breaking a big run. That year we shutout a few teams. Something we haven't done in a while...
