Are all TV cameras HD during an NFL broadcast?>

I'm wondering, are all the cameras FOX uses during an HD broadcast high-def? It seems like the picture gets fuzzy at times, but during close up shots of the players it always looks perfect.. I'm using an over the air antenna to pick up local channels, the feed has to be perfect to get reception, correct?
