Are the Saints moving in the offseason

I'm curious if the Saints plan to stay in New Orleans, anyone know?


If not this would be a great chance for them to change locations, logos, team name, colors and rejuvinate this franchise.

Personally i think they'll be back in New Orleans next year. But San Antonio will do everything they can to get Tagliabue to hear them out. They will also try to convince Benson to move the team after next year probably, so after 2006 then i think it's a possibility. But i think Benson at least owes it to the Saints fans to give them one last curtain call in the Superdome.

as for San Antonio, Tagliabue said last year sometime that he wants an expansion team in LA in the next few years, maybe San Antonio would be another place that would get one soon

I sure hope not, there's enough teams as it is. If LA or SA get a new team, it should come from a fruitless franchise that already exists(New Orleans, Buffalo). 32 is enough.

oh i agree with you, i just remember seeing that about LA, and i figured it would be better to add 2 expansion teams to keep the numbers even
