Are there any stud Linemen available in FA this offseason?

leonard davis cardinals, max starks bills are 2 i know of.

Maybe New England will give us the money we need to
sign all the mentioned free agents...

Do you people even know "ball park" how much money we will have?

I will tell you that right now WE ARE LAST IN MONEY AVAILABLE UNDER THE CAP.....LAST

Correct me if i'm wrong, but isn't Bryant Mckennie from the Vikings available. He is a good left tackle. The boy is from Miami so he will love to come play for the hometown Fins.

About the money... Some old pieces of the puzzle may have to go in order to bring in the new ones.

If that is true, that is absolutely pathetic. We have relatively few playmakers to be in such bad cap shape. Sounds as if this team needs to have a lot of fat trimmed during the offseason.

he recently signed a long term contract extension

Max Starks RFA Pittsburgh Steelers
Leonard Davis UFA Arizona Cardinals
Mike Gandy, UFA, Buffalo Bills

Other Free Agent Offensive Linemen
Jordan Black, UFA, Kansas City Chiefs
Dwayne Carswell, UFA, Denver Broncos
Derrick Dockery, UFA, Washington Redskins
Nat Dorsey, RFA, Cleveland Browns
Chris Gray, UFA, Seattle Seahawks
Norm Katnik, RFA, New York Jets
Ryan Lilja, RFA, Indianapolis Colts

Roman Oben, UFA, San Diego Chargers
Brian Rimpf, RFA, Baltimore Ravens

This could change though... many players restructure their contracts during the season.

I like Davis, but he isn't doing well for the Cards, and there line isn't much better then ours. Mckinnie signed a long term extension. JT and ZACH need to restructure heavily, or else I don't know how you can pay these guys as much as they get. I don't know what their cap charge is either. Carter, Taylor, Thomas are the top paid d players. I don't understand why such cap problem. Sorry for the bad writing, watching the game at the same time.

The three fattest money guys, I believe, are ZT, JT, and C-Pep. Brown and Allen will also be very high paid but untouchable due to recency of contracts.

Time to stock pile picks in rds 1-3 and get some guys who can actually get on the field.

no he just signed a 7 yr extension worth something like 48 million...and Leanord Davis is a bust, he never turned into the player many thought he would be. plus he weights like 360 pounds..he needs to slim down.

i rather we draft a LT like Joe Thomas and sign Eric Steinbach for guard and Max Starks for for RT. that would be a HUGE improvement and im sure we wont have to brake the bank for either player afterall its only a guard and a RT.

I think Leonard Davis could be a decent interior pickup for RG.

Honestly right now my wish would be to pick up a guy like Joe Thomas, play him at RT his rookie year while Vernon Carey plays LT, grab a Leonard Davis or some other really good RG and I guess Hadnot stays at C although obviously he's no world-beater there.

Sometimes more isn't better, it's just more. We obviously need help on OL...but just signing everyone in sight won't necessarily do it. The position isn't nearly that easy to fix.
