Are We back to RESPECTIBILITY?

After beating the Patriots last week in Foxborough, and beating the "high powered" Chargers this week, are we back to RESPECTIBILITY in the NFL? Is the media gonna start giving us props and stop making us the topic of all the jokes? What about other teams? Are they gonna stop thinking it will be easy to beat us? What about from other fans? I know this one guy at work who is a San Francisco fan made a comment to me after the Arizona game, he was like, man i can't wait to play miami, that is like an extra bye week. that will be an automatic win. I wonder how he feels about playing us now?
 
We are no longer a joke, but you know the media tonight and this week will be talking more about how the Chargers are struggling than how the Dolphins are surging.

That's fine with me...let them take us for granted...well knock'em down one by one...

we are past respectability...we are players now.....now i do not know what our final record will be but no team is gonna walk all over us like the cards did. We will throw some beat downs on some people maybe not on the scoreboard but we are quickly becoming an extremely tough physical defense. We will hurt you i think thats what other teams are seeing now.....we will walk in punch you in the mouth and stomp on your neck with NO REGARD FOR HUMAN LIFE
 
of course we are respectable.. but i wanna get to the point where i feel comforatable with whatever happens.. i still hold my breath before every play.. i remember when we had marino i never was worried.. and when zach and jt were in their prime i always new our d would come up with a big play.. i def think we are now a major threat and possible playoff contender, but i wanna win some more games so i can get back to that comfort zone no matter what happens
 
We've just beaten the Patriots on their home field and now the Chargers at home. Two of the best teams in the NFL the past couple years. I think the Dolphins are well on their way to getting a LOT of respect in the NFL world.

It sure looks like we are BACK IN THE SADDLE ... ready to ride to a lot of wins this year.

WAAAY TO GO DOLPHINS !!!

The whole team played pretty well today. I loved it. This is a GOOD team we just beat. They have a LOT of talent on the Chargers at almost every position. Even our DBs played pretty damned good ... especially Yeremiah Bell. The Dolphins have some talent. God, I hope they can keep this going. Please ... Dolphins coaches ... keep doing what you're doing!
 
I believe we are respectable now because we didn't just win on accident. We didn't just "get lucky." We played solid football for two games in a row.

I haven't seen the game yet but I did see the highlights and Will Allen looked like a deer in the headlights on the Chambers TD catch.

Respectable or not 2-2 feels pretty good right about now.
 
Certainly we've got the NFL's attention. Nobody is going to automatically mark us down as an easy win and the Dolphins would be wise to remember that.

But the NFL is about consistency and I'm still not convinced we've turned the corner. Next weeks game against the Texan's scares the hell out of me. Besides them having our number the last few years, this is a classic trap game against a team that just had an unimaginable 4th quarter collapse.

But if you were to tell me that we'd have two impressive wins after the stinker we played in Arizona, I'd say your high. I don't know what Sparano put in the coolaid but kudos to him and his staff for turning this team around the last two games.
 
I dunno about league wide repectability....all i know is i can stand to watch a complete game again. Thats victory enough for me this year
 
It's fun watching games again. Pretty soon (if not already) the Fins are going to start making their way in the top hald of the various power polls, rankings, etc.
