Are we going to get Grant involved today...or never?

It appears Gase would rather more greatly involve a guy with no such upside or motivation to establish a name for himself -- Julius Thomas.
Might be smoke and mirrors. Why give away your gameplan

If we fall behind he might get his chance. This game will depend a lot on our o-line. Actually both lines have to play great for us to win

Ozzy rules!!

Because Gase initiated the signing of Thomas. Gase is trying to justify the move.

Almost certainly not. A few good plays v preseason camp bodies doesnt mean he is ready

2nd and 21 at your own ten yard line and you can't run Grant long for a bomb?

There are five possible outcomes:
1) Grant catches the long bomb
2) Grant catches the long bomb and scores
3) The ball falls incomplete
4) The ball is picked off 60 yards down the field (won't be if it thrown over the right shoulder)
5) Pass interference

This offense looks sackless...

Again, we give the ball to the other team with 1:10 left in the half....smh

Gase doesn't want to show his cards. Keeping it vanilla so the other teams can't scout them.

He was in on the same play as week 1 w/ drake. Failed to give the ball to him again. Gase continues same gutless calls. Probably end of the day for Grant on offense.

haha...is this sarcasm? I keep seeing people say this - what "other" teams...the time to win is now...show all the cards now, and then create new cards if the old cards don't work anymore...

The regular season has started...it's time to win now....or get ready for next years draft...what is it going to be?

No more vanilla, time for some strawberry, chocolate, some flavor....what are we waiting for? We are going to look up and be 1-4 if we don't get this **** going.

"Running Grant long for a bomb" because he is .01 seconda faster than the two guys who would bracket him anyway, is a recipe for football at the Junior High level and Madden video games. Guys like Grant are a dime a dozen across the league and sitting cupping their orb this morning on momma's couch before they go do a shift at UPS. "Running Grant long for a 'a bomb'" is not only a recipe for a coach with the general football knowledge of an ape, but is a retarded perspective on a far greater systemic problem currently confronted by the Dolphins offense. Gase, Tanny, Cutler, the OL, any Dolphins TE, etc are all bang average but sending "grant on a 'a bomb'" is something Football plebeians think is actually a solution for something to be fair.

Perhaps not running Grant on a bomb, then, but using him in the way the Chiefs use Tyreek Hill, the Bears use Tarik Cohen, or multiple teams have used Darren Sproles. There is a history of success in the league in using players such as these, and the Dolphins are using Grant not at all by comparison.
