Are we gonna draft a QB today?

It depends...

Can we trade down in round 4 to get a 5th or 6th? If so, maybe Orton, or McPherson. Maybe we look at Orlovsky in round 7.

It depends if we can start filling our needs while taking the BPA.
 
The funny thing is that at the biggining of the season last year, Orton was tanted as the #1 QB. At the end of the season, Rodgers was rated as the #1 QB.
 
Mcpherson would be a good gamble, but passing on Elton Brown, if he is there, is something I cant see Mr. Saban doing.
 
Either McPherson or Elton Brown would be good. Maybe Saban'll think of some way to get both.

And Smith was the Number 1 Qb taken and Number 1 overall. Funny how it all works.
 
Stefan Leflores (sp?) would be a wise choice!!! A young qb for cheap to watch and learn for a couple of years while Saban gets the defense the way he wants it. Lets face it Saban is all about defense!!! In 2 or 3 years Saban will have molded the team the way he wants it with a young qb that will be ready. Ronnie Brown will be in his 3rd season ready to have a break out year. It's all in Saban's plan.

Oh yea Adrain McPherson would be a nice qb with that pick. :D
