Are we trying to stack up in the 1-2nd round?

I know there all rumors but it seems like Parcells and Co. are trying to stack up in the 1-2 round. There interested in getting picks from the lions, eagles, and cowboys. These are just rumors but maybe were trying to do what the pats did last year and get 3-4 2nd rounders.
