Back in 1983, Dan Marino came off the bench to replace Woodley...but Miami still lost to Buffalo.
However, with Marino now at the helm, Miami went on to dominate its division for many years with Dan the Man!
Now...in 2009...Henne, a top pick, comes off the bench to replace Pennington, but still loses to the Chargers.
Henne then wins his next two games as a starter.
We've been looking for many years now for a true successor to Dan Marino, and perhaps...just perhaps we've found a franchise QB who can fill the bill! :)
