Arena Football

Not really a "different sport", but it's not the NFL either.

How many of you here are into this? I went to my first AFL game last year, and enjoyed it, so I got season tickets this year. It truly is a lot of fun...a good deal for the money, too, since it's cheap.

It would never compare to the NFL, no, but it's an entertaining "tweaking" of football that is keeping me entertained, for sure, in this long offseason. I'm a Predators fan.

then you're missing out. The athletes are nowhere near the quality of the NFL but the unpredictability of the game is fun....it's just not a hell of a lot of fun to watch on TV versus in person, unlike the NFL, which is great in any medium.
