Big win for the Patriots and that's also a big win for the Dolphins. If we win tomorrow night, we are up by 1 1/2 games heading into next week (Buffalo has a bye that week) against the Jets.
The Jets are looking good so far, 21-0. But they were winning like that against Cleveland. Cleveland's offense is a lot more worse than San Diego's is. We'll see if they can hang on.
If the Chargers lose though, it could help Miami. It's likely that near the end of the year, our playoff situation could be decided by one game wiht a team like the Chargers, either wild card spots or potential byes. It would be nice to get everyone in the AFC with at least 2 losses.
All our other potential playoff threats in the AFC West haven't played yet. Oakland is in progress and Kansas City/Denver both had the week off.
