There is absolutely no comparison. Fletcher was a very productive college player, BUT was short and had average speed. That is why he couldn't succeed at the next level. JA has no such limitation. He is big and fast. He was not getting burned repeatedly in mini camp as some have suggested. He made some poor adjustments on a couple of deep passes, but apparently had very tight coverage. His strength is his physicality, which is hard to demonstrate without pads and with limited contact.
