Article on Mike replacing Mike as our HC

I rather see Grier go first. i am not sure . I want to let MD go yet.

Agree. Grier would be shown the door first if I had to pick only one.

Doesn’t seem likely in my opinion. I’ve yet to see any logical evidence that Grier or McDaniel is on the hot seat other than fan’s wishes.

Does this seem like an offseason for guys on the hot seat? I don’t think so. I was expecting a bunch of restructuring an aggressive free agency yet we saw the exact opposite as we signed 2 backups for safety (honestly like both of their potential but still both have major questions), we only addressed one guard spot and it’s with a guy coming off major injury (again love daniels and got a steal if he returns to form but a major risk signing for a gm/coach on the hot seat), we created a hole at cb2 and have yet to address it ( I’ve yet to see a logical explanation why fuller was cut when we saved nearly nothing), we literally can’t even play a game as we have four dlinemen and two are NT that would be cooked by the 2nd quarter if playing every down and we let one of our best players in Campbell walk on a semi affordable one year deal.

Now throw in the fact that Tua’s contract is guaranteed until end of 2026 and I’m not sure they’d stick a new coach with Tua or a new gm would want to be stuck with not picking their coach and gm if the first part is true.

Obviously it’s early and how they handle the draft plays a factor as well as if and for how much tyreek is traded for. If they move him for a 2nd I don’t think that swings the pendulum either way however if he’s moved for like a 4th just to get rid and create space for next year I think it further supports that Ross, Grier and McDaniel came up with a two year plan and they are here until 2026 regardless of the outcome of 2025.

Same goes for if the report of Miami is trading an all pro and that turns out to be Ramsey which would leave 0 dependable starters in the secondary and would likely be a future salary dump. If that is the goal a trade of both tyreek and Ramsey pre 6/1 would leave Miami 81 million under the cap for next season. A cut of Chubb post 6/1 would put them at 102 million under although that might be overkill depending on the free agency class and his play. This would be the way to legitimately rebuild Miami but have them competitive if my theory of a two year plan is correct.

Who is Marissa Myers? She play QB at Michigan in the 90s? Rather get Donald Ducks recommended HC.

Also by this “author”:

Jon Gruden to replace Andy Reid
Carson Wentz to sign with Steelers
Myles Garrett is actually Santa Claus

I’m only making one of those up.
Well, you have to be pretty athletic to get down chimneys and potentially run away from dogs. Garrett has those skills. 😆 🤣

It's hard to say with Ross. Anyone who is really paying attention most likely views this as a transition year. Does he? Is Ross expecting a super bowl run?

Sure, Miami could rebound and make the playoffs if Grier has hit after hit in the draft. Would a 6 win year mean dramatic changes?
