Let's address the #1 priority...QB! Jay Cutler would be a nice pickup.

The move up in draft position might actually be better for us. Cutler may fall right into our laps at a 15-20 position. Had we had a 5-10 range pick, he might have been considered a reach.

Lets just hope he doesnt rise too much. Then again, I dont see to many teams picking before us needing QBs.

The hope is here that...V. Young and more jrs enter the draft giving other teams more options. WE NEED TO DRAFT CUTLER! Bottom line. Then in round 2 take the best Tackle or DB available then address the defense in rounds 3 & 4.

Considering the improvements some players have made on this current team (players who wants to be here next year.....Saban) I think we need to first address the need positions such as QB and the secondary.

I'd rather take a QB, LT, or DT before a CB or safety. Saban can probably find a good one later in the draft, like he did with Daniels. Cutler is intriguing, but his stock could rise or fall significantly in the next few months.

why does everyone want to draft a LT when the one we have is doing a good job don't waste our 1st round pick on something thats working use it on a QB, LB, or DB

I agree we should draft a QB first, but you can't get complacent with the O-line. Our yards per carry against San Diego was bad, we need a dominant force for run blocking

Our O-line talent is poor. We are being successful but not dominant. IMO you take the best player regardless of if he's at a need position or not, outside of RB of course.

I even wouldn't have a big problem if we took a RB in the later rounds because he was the best player on the board. Talent wins out eventually.

I'm not so sure anymore than Cutler's gonna be there but I'd take him if he is.I don't really wanna use our top pick on a DB as you can always get some good ones in the 2nd and 3rd rounds. If Cutler's not there then Greenway's the man at that point if he's there.

Ozzy rules!!
