If this is true, another half-assed approach to what is wrong with the team. This will perpetuate the problems and nothing is going to change. It won't fix what is wrong with the offense. Namely Gase's philosophy.

Here’s how I see things shaking out for the Dolphins this off-season: the front office will remain as is and the only major change to the coaching staff will come in the firing of defensive coordinator Matt Burke and presumably most of his position coaches.
