Trade picks for a player for the next 5 years. This management team needs to learn once and for all how to draft players and develope them. I know a lot of people are worried about cap hits and I get that, but it won't be an issue if we learn to do what GB is doing. They do it the right way. Same a Baltimore

Tannenbaum and Hickey have no room for error and Ross better hold them accounotable.
 
Then they better plan on getting rid of Phailbin because he the main problem

They might not trade picks for a player , but I wouldn't be surprised if we trade a future first rounder to jump back into the first this year if there is someone we really like and can fill our holes (that's what she said )

To develop players you have to have cornerstones. Right now we have cornerstones with Suh, Grimes, and Tannehill (like it or not).

This now gives us the flexibility to work the draft, build through the draft, and develop from the draft. Before we were building through FA and you just can't do that. FA plugs holes to get you to the next step as a contender. The team is built through the draft. Our draft from the mid 2000's was basically purged and we had to start from scratch. We are now in the position to build through the draft and I think we will see it done.
 
Mikey is the best at trading high picks away.. Get ready finheaven....

Haha, you've been living under a rock? Tannenbaum is famous for it and now we hired him. Your post shouldn't exist
