I do some freelance work for a sports magazine and need to find out the following information for each of the teams in the AFC East. Any information along with the location of where I can verify the data will be much appreciated. Or feel free to simply point me in the right direction. Thanks for your assistance.


1) Total # of seasons............. = 36
2) All Time Won/Loss/Tied record........... = 339-217-4
4) All time winning pct........... = .609
5) Total number of .500 (or better) seasons
6) Total number of winning seasons
7) Total number of losing seasons
8) Division Championships
9) First place finishes (includes non-div championships)
10) Playoff berths
11) All time playoff record (W/L)........... = 20-19
12) All time playoff winning %............. = .513
13) AFC Championships
14) AFC Championship winning pct.
15) SuperBowl Championships.......... = 2

You were hired to write for a sports mag and don't know how to find out this basic list of research? :eek:

Did these sites cross your mind at all? NFL.com or team websites like Miami Dolphins.com?

Just click on the little logo to the left of the teams name and it will show you a breakdown of every Dolphin season

Then go through with a pen and paper and track all the info that I haven't found.
