Auburn is underrated and I think they can make a good run at a national championship!!!!
 
Underrated? They're ranked 6th in the nation in th Coaches Preseason Poll and one of the favorites to win the SEC. What more do you want???
 
I think what Motion is trying to say is "WHY do you feel they are UNDERrated"??
 
im sry bout that I didnt know they were ranked that high until i saw that last night. But i think Kenny Irons and and Cox could score alot of points this year. A couple years back I think Auburn couldve beat USC with Jason Campbell, Ronnie Brown, and Caddy Williams so hopefully this year they dont get robbed.

:yes: I agree, they would at least put up a good fight, unlike Chokelahoma.

:shakeno: How do figure? One of the few teams that has a returning QB in the SEC, one of the top RBs in the SEC, and a tough defense. They'll definitely duke it out with LSU to rep the west in the SEC Championship game. And its Auburn.
 
there is a lot more teams better than Auburn that could be ranked 6th...Louisville should be up there

Strength of schedule has to count for something. I saw in your prediction thread that you think Louisville is National Championship material, I can guarantee you that your in the minority on that one. Anything can happen but its doubtful.

dude Louisville in ranked 10th... any team that is ranked in the top 10 has a good chance of being national champions

I know where their ranked. Do you know when that last time a team that started out ranked 10th ended up winning the NC???

b/c its all a popularity contest....they could go undefeated and not make it to the NC game....like when Alex Smith was with Utah and just like a few years ago when Auburn went undefeated with Jason Cambell, Ronnie Brown, and Cadilac Williams....Louisville will be the most underrated
 
Well I for one think the whole system is f'ed up, but Auburn is neither underrated nor overrated.
