This is the first time I have ever turned on Flores but I am going to speak how I feel: he is totally in over his head
Totally? No. He's hiring 2 Offensive coaches. When has any team done that and being successful? I will call that out. I'm also calling the Offense in general. It's garbage. Best players not on the field on 3rd down. Really? Garbage.
