The last 6 yrs the patriots avg team age has been declining. In 2001 their superbowl win was by a team which was one of the oldest in NFL.Now their avg age has decreased to 26.X from upper 30`s.
they ofcourse are competeing but what do you guys think is growing younger has hurt the team?.last year they dropped a bunch by getting rid of mid 30s guys mainly willie,adam and a veterans. Next year this will go down even more as a few old LB in spl teams are talking retirement.if brushi and troy did not come back they would have no mid 30`s guys.
