What do you think Brandon Marshall's value on the trade market would be now (assuming we didn't trade him earlier) now that he is officially cleared of all charges?

Think we could have gotten (2) 2nd rounders back for him? Maybe one? Or do we even trade him?

The same value. The trade with the Bears was going to happen before he punched the lady in the face. Well "allegedly punched". Two 3rds is probably still the most we could have got.

Are you high? What world do you live in?

Goodell is many things but naive is not one of them; he can smell the victim's windfall payday from high atop his NY office. Marshall will still be suspended for a couple of games as Roger is immune from the temptations of "go away" hush fund bribes.

Now thats not completely true. He destroyed the Patriots videotapes without hesistation trying to make the situation "go away".

Marshall was worthless and over rated. We got a steal for him no matter how you slice it.

There is 1 charge he hasn't been cleared of that will stand because he is blatantly GUILTY of the crime.

Being a Cancer, a distraction and an overrated prima donna. Guilty as charged. Lock the door and throw away the key.

Id say its the same. Dont think it matters.

Yup, about the same. Actually think it would be hard to get two 3rd Rounders ... pretty obvious what Marshall 'is'.

However, the value of his lawyer just shot WAY UP ... straight right to a gal's face in an AM fracas outside a nightclub .... Dewy, Screwem, AND Howe lawyers at work!!

This is my analysis: We rented Marshall for 2 years for a cost = two-2s minus two-3s & a few bucks & a few problems.

Not a bad cost for a hapless team with a newby QB prospect ... turned out OK in my book & gave us something to cheer for. Didn't have much else going for us except some good D. Deordorized some of that Tuna & Meatball flatulance we had to bear.
