I just watched the ATL replay again this morning. Moore makes better decisions, plays with more confidence, takes chances, and is more athletic. BUT! He locks on a lot of receivers also! On that Gates TD his head never moved!

Yeah, he looked great, against guys who will be working at Walmart in September.

He seemed to on that play but when you deliver a football that precise in that situation, the defense can't do much to prevent the TD. It was a perfect strike that I think Henne may be able to deliver but know that he won't try with coverage like that.

I thought that was the best pass of the night from any of the QBs, including Matt Ryan GASP!!!!!

Easy dude, 1 and 2 happened on the same play. Those weren't separate plays. If Henne never threw a pick we'd be worried about the defense, if the defense picks everything Henne throws we'd be worried (already are) about Henne. It's no win.

We're far enough into camp now that the DBs should be jumping all the routes, they should have seen most of these plays several times already.

Henne can deliver that play but not every time. That's what separates Henne as a mediocre QB instead of a good one. He may make that throw 6 or 7 times out of 10. A guy like Manning or Brady will make that throw 9 or 10 out of 10 and the one miss will be away from the defender. They make the defense have to make a great play to stop the TD. We're just not there with Henne...probably never will be.

What does Jason Trusnik look like in camp? In the game he looked totally ineffective. Could not rush the passer, could barely occupy space, looked small and over matched. He's the back-up for Wake, are you kidding? Thank the generic deities for Jason Taylor. Hopefully we can improve there.

We draft garbage at QB, we trade for garbage at QB and we sign free agent garbage at the QB position. We need to spend a 1st round pick and try to get a franchise guy. We obviously haven't been doing anything right at that position since Marino left.

Im with you if QB ends up being the downfall for this season...i say move heaven, any player and earth for a top flight QB next season

Trusnik is just an average joe but he is still abusing Colombo. I think the equipment manager would abuse Colombo in pass rushing drills.

That was just one of a few, interested to see how he progresses as he learns offense reads, routes, etc. As far as Henne he would have hit the safety between the numbers, or thrown.it hard high and behind into the third row. The Homers would have been happy and.praised him because they would believe he threw it away, and Sparano would be.happy because he would get to fist pump a FG.
