I just noticed that there are 3 QB's that were traded in a dance where in effect they replaced each other.

1st step in the dance: Dolphins Tannehill to the Titans
2nd step in the dance: Steelers Fitzpatrik to the Dolphins
3rd step in the dance: Titans Gabert to the Steelers

I think I got that right.

If this is accurate, then it is reasonable to accept that NFL management sees a level of equality between these 3 QB's. Interesting.

This series of trades begets the following question: who is more knowledgeable about QB capability, the NFL management who pay money to back up their evaluations or the "fans" who think they know it all and support their positions by quoting other "experts" that agree with them?

I know who I have more faith in!

This part was always right.
 
QB to watch in the Draft is Easton Stick from North Dakota State for a mid-round pick. I'd be happy with him as the backup to Fitzpatrick. He may even have some upside.

Where would you take him? 3rd round? 4th? I say 4th at the latest

I'm not taking a QB with one of the top 4 rounds honestly … too much talent available to waste a pick in those rounds for this draft. Stick is a backup, our starter comes in 2020.

Agree. Deep draft for defense. Trade down into the 20s and we can still get a starter and more picks

That works for me, and draft DL in rounds 1 and 2 and then OL in rounds 3-5 with a DB thrown in somewhere and we're set. Use the other picks on BPA.

There would literally be zero talk of Easton Stick on this board if not for one specific person who has grown obsessed with him.

4th round for Stick? Try 6th or 7th.

He's a developmental project at best.
