Does anyone kno when Culpepper will be back??

If he isnt back for the regular season

who will be our QB?
 
I am willing to bet a years pay check that DC will be on the field week one.

As for a backup I would have loved to keep Sage around i think he does a great job in the backup role. But I think we should see how the Tommy Maddox visit goes and hopefully we will never have to use him.
 
I'd like to see Griese back as backup/starter though that's just my personal preference.
 
I'd rather kept Gus as the backup...he knows the system,the wr's and better yet ...He has won with this team! Why let him go and then go get Maddox?
Doesn't make much sense,especially when Gus went to S.L. as a backup.
I understand the cap situation, but do we really want to depend on Maddox
if D.C goes down again, or isn't quite ready? I'd think everybody would be
a lil more comfortable with Gus on the bench,at least we know what were
dealing with!

I want anyone but old man Maddox...prefferably Harrington/Griese/Brooks if the price is right, if not then McMahon would be a decent option.

Maddox seems to be the natural fit, even if he is not the most talented option. Griese, Harrington, and others will likely command too much money, and Maddox has familiarity with Mike Mularkey on his side. Personally, what I think we really ought to be hoping for is that we don't need a backup QB this year, 'cause its never pretty.
