With Ricky possibly gone, What do you guys think?

My vote is Jerrious Norwood in the 4th.

with so few "quality" draft picks i'd rather not spend a high one on a back. i'll take a fly on one in the 7th and let the coaches do their job.

Sammy Morris just got a little higher on the 'free agent we should resign' list

This does not change our draft board any. Morris will be 29 be the time the season starts. He is a solid guy on and off the field. Kay-Jay will be a solid #3. Minor is now a possibility to stay with the team but I seriously doubt it.

RB is still of low value to draft considering alot of other holes we have to fill. I would be surprised if we did anything but get a couple FA guys to just come in and compete for a job.

Some of these names ya'll bring up are just too high in the draft. Addai? You suggesting we use our 2nd round pick on a backup RB for Ronnie Brown? Jerome Harrison, Brian Calhoun will be off the board in the first day most definitely. Jerious Norwood could be there in the 4th. If I'm Nick Saban I'm looking at likely 7th round guys...unless I'm confident Kay-Jay Harris deserves a shot. We have a 4th, then we don't pick again until the 7th. Of course I'd love to use the 4th on Andre Hall but we probably shouldn't be investing that much in the RB position.

To me, I'm looking at PJ Daniels and De'Arrius Howard in the 7th. Either that, or I'm just going with Sammy Morris, Kay-Jay Harris, maybe Travis Minor...

...and if that happens we really ought to draft a fullback. Lawrence Vickers is a pretty good fullback, very dynamic...but we would have to get him in the 4th and I've got a feeling we have other designs for that pick.

I'd be happy just to go with Kay-Jay Harris and Morris and not draft a RB at all.

Ozzy rules!!

Jerome Harrison is really tight. He would be suck a great back with Ronnie. He is our big strong pounding back, and Harrison would be a great comparison as a small qick back. Him and then Let Kay Jay get in too. That would be alot of good speed.

I would see if Addai falls to round 3 and if he doesn't I would then draft Leon Washington from FSU in round 4. Also Cedric Humes from Va Tech in round 7 would be a decent pickup.

I was thinking that when the news broke

Although Travis Minor has proved in the past he is a decent back up Running Back, and im a minor fan, so id rather resign travis
