Guys I have been a phin fan for over 35 and i have taken some teams lightly because of backups and we lost remember

Ray Lucas beat us in miami with a division title in our grasp

What about frank reich in the snow in buffalo

anybody remember any others

the phins have to play like ben is there we cant lose this game now
 
Ray Lucas..... Oh how I hate that guy! He ruined one of the best chances Miami had to winning the division in years.
 
Ah memories of who I loved to call "Mucus Pucus". He killed our chances of the playoffs with a tear in his eye.
 
True, but Reich was a good QB stuck behind a HOF, much like Strock was. As for the Jests, it didn't matter if it was Lucas or Testaverde, they always give us hell. Fiedler had the advantage of being up something like 100 to 0 when he came in, so he had nothing to lose, and played like it. Also, he was a very serviceable QB for us...

Yes but he was a backup there to mark brunell.. he came in late in the 4th quarter after the game was already over and threw a td pass. Brunell won that game for the Jags.

I agree bonedoc. I am not taking this game lightly. Pitt is a very good team with or without Rothlischeeseburger. I will be happy just to get out of there with a win. It's gonna be a tough game either way, no matter what some of these people think.
 
Actually I want to play against Ben, I think Ben is not the soul of that team..., thats why I wanted to prove that my beloved Fins can win to them with or without Ben

Actually if Hines Ward dont play, they are giving our weak point a boost up (the secondary), Hines Ward is potentially more dangerous against us than Big Ben, although why I thin Ben is not the soul is because their O-Line, I think any good QB could be great there + Hines Ward catching for them...

What I mean, if Hines Ward doesnt play it would be easier for us to win than if Ben doesnt play..., eventhough I want to play against them with all of their stars, because I think we can beat them!!!

GO DOLPHINS!!!

The game was already over once he came in.
 
On the other hand, there've been a lot of other times when we've played backup QBs and won handily. Thinking up the times they've beat us is a bit silly, don't you think? The bottom line is, Ben is a better QB than Batch and we have a better chance of winning with Batch in there.
