Patrick Turner-WR- Dolphins Sep. 6 - 10:40 am et

Dolphins beat writer Armando Salguero says that rookie WR Patrick Turner will be inactive on Sundays until "something happens to change that."
The Dolphins kept just five receivers, but the other four are very solid if not spectacular. It sounds like only an injury would get the third-round pick on the field this season.

Sorry but are they that fly on the wall? Turner will get his shot...but as a rookie it will be at the Dolphins pace..not some reporters.

damn I though something bad happened lol. Yea he is way down the depht chart so he has to wait for his chance. We have a bunch of no name receivers that are all awesome players. Camarillo, Hartline, Bess this guys are playing amazing. Let see how they do when the lights really turn on.

Armando Salguero knows nothing about football. He is the worst beat writer there is. I really don't understand how people who have not played the game at a high level get to see such crap

What is so bad about that.....Hartline is the better reciever right now and Turner will get better..

Do not see why this is such a bad thing?? Everyone else is giving Ginn his 3 years to make an impact. Same for Turner right?

Hey, if our worst receiver is Turner right now, I'm not complaining. At this point last year, it was Wilford.

I would like to see his 6'5" body lined up against one of Atlanta's midget nickel and dime cornerbacks. That is an easy catch every time.

GODDAMNIT, that's all. Hell, I was worried.

Last year, we activated 4 WR's. This year, Turner is #5 so far. Talk about an overstatement of the obvious. I would bet that every poster here would have said the same thing, without getting paid for it. LMAO

Why is that a big deal? I doubt we would use any more than three receivers in a game as it is. If you're a 5th wide receiver you probably aren't going to be used much and that's not big news.

Im not so sure he doesnt get activated for certain games....like someone else stated, Atl. biggest corner is 5'10....even if he isnt getting great seperation I think Penny could put it where it needs to be....
