Ireland is gone. Ross must have bought some of Philbin's arguments that the talent isn't good enough.

Sherman is gone. Ross must have bought some of Ireland's argument that the coaching failed the team.

So who won the argument and why?

Joe won. Why would that surprise anyone? Is anyone shocked?

Long story short if you listen to everybody, the 2 most unpopular guys in the organization are gone

Fans of this football team won.

I would have preferred a clean sweep but the two biggest problems that don't actually step foot on the field have been removed. I don't know how that's not a huge win for those of us who follow this ****ty team.

I'm praying that Ross allows this GM to make the decisions. Let him come in. Evaluate everyone, and then if he decides to keep Philbin so be it.

Bad talent argument one the day, but they both may lose the war.

Ross won..obvious

Philbin will be fired before it is all over....80% chance

I am not sure if this is a win…let's see how this plays out. More half measures. Dawn Aponte will emerge as someone with a lot clout. I do not trust that. Plus, who can he get as an OC as Joe is no doubt on the hot seat?

Clean everything out and it would be.

Fan Base is happy. Everybody wins. Lets just hope that we dont hire a worse GM then Irleland. And we cant do any worse then Sherman so thats a huge plus. Glad to see him GO GO
