IMO Jim Mora Jr. is the man we need for our HC:
1)He has experience as a head coach in the NFL. This means we dont have to take a risk with a college coach or a coordinater making the transition.
2)He has playoff experience and success. The playoffs are a different atmosphere and he has been there and won.
3)Hes affordable. He is out of a job and won't be such a high price tag or cost us draft picks like Cowher or Parcells possibly could.
4)Hes a good defensive mind. Mora and Capers would make a nice defensive tandem.
5)Hes young. So he can be around for a while.
6)Hes firey. This organization needs some passion and fire.
7)His father was an NFL coach.
The second part is to bring in a new OC:
This is where I say we look to the college ranks for a coach or coordinater to become our offensive coordinater. Someone with fresh new ideas that the NFL isn't accustomed to. Also, the transition wouldnt be as bad going from OC to OC or from coach to OC, as it would in becoming an NFL head coach.
IMO this would give us a balanced blend of experience and new fresh ideas.
