Great, so looks like if we finish 7-9 Ross will take a half measure and boot Ireland but keep Philbin. That would be such a failure.

We are doomed with this buffoon Ross in charge. The guy has no balls and relies on his buddy Peterson to tell him what to do with his own team.
 
With wake getting healthy no excuses to not get Jordan more snaps...don't like his run d at end I get that he's more beats you with quickness than stack press and shed right now but you still need to get that athlete and length on the field...

Those short yardage issues aren't as ugly if they just ran some damn qb sneaks...rediculous it hasn't sunk in with sherman.short yardage issues are not on d Thomas...this team can't line up and move guys off the ball when the opposition knows it is coming...still stop running off tackle in those scenarios and more up the middle probably fare better...

Draft class is weak...gilly is awful as a rb...Davis and Thomas a redshirt...Taylor missed so much time in camp he never gained staffs trust...

Can keep Patterson for 5.4 next year I didn't know that right now I'd lean that way and resign grimes...no need making cb another need...also resign Carroll on the cheap...Jimmy Wilson in the slot wears a target would like to get better there

Solia wants to stay that's the guy I would bring back...
 
It bothers me that the players apparently think Philbin is 'just a guy'. That doesn't exactly scream respect. It also pisses me off about the lack of extra work during the week from some players. That's on Philbin. He doesn't seem to be much of a motivator.
 
I would like to know which players aren't putting in the extra work...I guarantee you it's not the qb

An objective analysis of how the other components of the organization are performing, controlling for QB play, would be truly interesting. I have yet to see one here or elsewhere, however.
 
I have a sneaking suspicion that Dawn Aponte will be our GM next year...which would be a disaster.

I'm not sure that Ross is willing to risk that decision with the fanbase.
 
No way they are that dumb...aponte better not be gm...this team gets to 9 and 7 Ireland comes back...
 
I could see Ross trying to be this day and age's Branch Ricky and making her the first female GM. She has the title and pushes the numbers and Joe and Brian Gaine make the roster moves.
 
Female gm entire league laughs it's ass off at us...especially one with no clue on personnel evals...
 
Folks...I am just making a prediction of what will happen. I think they should keep every thing together for the sake of continuity.
