Barry Jackson: South Florida sports' Fantastic Four

I really don't get how Jimmy Johnson is higher than Zach and Jason. And for that matter how the Willams sisters are above them both. Maybe I just dont get the point of the list.

Jimmy is there because of his Miami Hurricanes days . . . The Williams sisters are from down here, and they are huge . . . not really suprising to see them here as well.

The most disturbing thing on this list is the lack of Marlin players up front. We have had 2 championships in 10 years, yet guys like Livan, and Beckett and Pudge and Cabrera are way down on that list. I guess this will never be a baseball town. I also don't like the fact that the Beezer is wayy down on the list. 96 will always be memorable to me . . . he carried that team to the STanley Cup finals and put on a hell of a performance in game 4 I believe (tho we still got swept).

Good to see all the Dolphins personnel up front . . . they have the most history by far.

This could be a baseball interested town in the future, if we get some continuity going with the team, I mean alot of people here are hispanic, and in alot of our countries baseball is alot more popular that football(However I'm not saying the marlins will ever be more popular the the fins here in Miami). Think of having a girlfriend who is only good to you 2 days out of the month and a ***** the rest of the month... we could all handle it when is the other way around, but you'd have to be an idiot to take it the other way, that's why so many ppl here love the fins, like the heat ,are careless about the marlins... ohh yeah and the panthers are the worst kinda girlfriend
