I listen to Mike & Mike MMQB and when they commented on the Jets Fins game they suggested Rex start acting like a head coach and not a coordinator there 3 phases in the game and as a Head coach you have to manage all 3.
Rex interviewed for the Fins head coach job and Parcells didn't hire him he didn't want a coordinator.
