I really like the A's and Twins' chances. Alot of people are putting the Athletics down because they dumped Hudson and Mulder, but I still like their rotation alot. I expect Zito to bounce back from a rough year, and I think Harden is going to break out in a big way. Also, they have a young stud by the name of Joe Blanton, who is going to have a great year.

The Twins are just an exciting team so much young talent like Santana, Morneau and Mauer. I look for them to win the Central again.

Another team that I really like are the Indians. 85 wins for such a young team might be asking a bit too much, but they remind me alot of the Twins a couple of years ago before they were setting up for their recent run of success. If C.C. can stay healthy, they have the potential for an excellent rotation.

SF is down to 83.5 in Vegas because Bonds went down. It's such a lock I had my friend in Vegas place a large sum of money on it for me.

My picks are...
SF OVER (can't miss, play in a terrible division. Bonds or no Bonds)
Dodgers UNDER
Phillies OVER
Pittsburgh OVER

On a flyer, even though I wouldn't bet against them. But a gun to my head I would go Atlanta UNDER

Cubs @ 89.5...Under

Astros @ 83.5...Over

Phillies @ 82.5...Under

Padres @ 86.5...Over

If the Indians pitching can hold up for the entire season then they should be able to win at least 85 games...but I wouldn't put any scheckles on it.

Cubs pitching staff will fall apart.

I think that people are writing off the Astros too soon. One more good season out of Clemens and they will top 84 games easily.

The Phils will have another bad manager (Manuel).

The Padres will feast on the Rockies and D'Backs.
