Baseball Question: Bean-Town or the ATL?

Which Team should i pull for from now on?

I cant decide which team to root for and rock there gear. This seems like a really stupid question, and it is, but please i just want your honest opinion on who i should support


ATL- what more can be said 13 straight division titles, andruw jones cranking out the homers and the tommahawk chop all the fans do at the games

Boston Red sox - World series champs, the curse of the babe, big papi cranking the outa there. Bostson fans being relentless on the yankees and having pure hatred (much like i have for them)


Help me decide fella's

I'm a Yankees fan, but that is absoultely true. I'll have to agree. If you must choose between those two teams, choose Boston just to be part of one of the greatest rivalry in sports!

The Red Sox man. They're a fun team to watch with tons of personality and a lot of young talent up now and on the way.

Plus like you said, you already hate the Yankees so it'll be that much easier to root for the Red Sox. Plus you'll be welcomed with open arms.

Well since im welcomed w/ open arms, i guess i'll become a redsox fan. I really cheered for both over the past couple of years. Now my loyalty is to the red-sox. Redsox fans and i do have alot of thins in common. Hate the yankees, love big papi, and would give a left teste to see the yankees lose in 7 games to the red sox again!

Thats pretty funny, now your going to become a Red Sox fan? I myself am a Yankees fan and i have mucho respect for the Sox and their fans, but to ask in a forum who you should root for? A die hard fan has one team that they bleed for, what team did you first start watching? That should be the team you pull for. My grandfather loves the Yankees and the Jets, and that is who i grew up watching and loving, win or lose. And the reason i say that is funny, the rivalry between the Yankees and Red Sox is the best there is in pro sports, you wouldnt have to ask that question if you were a die hard Sox fan, no offense, but you will never know what it is like to BE a Red Sox fan, your a new breed that wears the hat because they won the series, you will never experience the anguish that all of them went through over the years.

To me, and maybe some other people, you are considered the typical "bandwagon fan" So go ahead and support the Red Sox, im not saying you shouldnt, but remember that you dont live and die with the Sox, you like them because it's the,"IN" thing to do.
 
apparently you misunderstood

I root for both. But its becoming a hastle. Because i get "your on the bandwagon for the redsox, when i've liked both of them for a long time, i like both teams equally. But i need one team to root for and i asked everybody who they thought...

I've had that happen to me before...what I do is wait until one of the teams becomes THE team.
