Chad Anderson LB Kentucky out of the SEC, but out of football recently
Shomari Earls LB Florida Atlantic local guy invited?
Justin Parrish LB/DE Kent State Saban's old connections?

Devarick Scandrett DE Middle Tenn. St we have been negotiating with him and he has not signed with anyone else
Michael Brown DE Howard physically gifted small school player
Paul Walkenhorst DE/LB BYU older player with some history of injury; Miami got Denney last year from BYU

These are about the only names left. I would hope we just signed one or two of them, but I want to see some guys that have potential to rush from the OLB spot.

DEVARICK SCANDRETT
Defensive tackle
Height: 6-foot-4
Weight: 281 pounds
2005 Stats: Totaled a career-best 33 tackles, adding 5.5 tackles for loss, three sacks, and five quarterback hurries.
Pro Day Numbers: Ran his 40 in 4.82 seconds at the Middle Tennessee pro day. In addition, he had a 30.5-inch vertical jump and 23 bench presses of 225 pounds.
Skinny: Scandrett is in the same boat as Staton. He performed well and He ran well and had decent position drills. He is a good bull rusher and very smart in the classroom. Offers a bit more size than any other Blue Raider defensive lineman. Out of high school, Rivals100.com called him one of the strongest players in the state.
